Detoxing Your Mind

We are likely to become addicted to certain recurring thoughts. Such thoughts often write the script of our lives.

Those thoughts are often self-limiting, denigrating or simply wrong minded. They belong to the past.

Habitual thoughts contribute to us being a character in a script rather than being the author of the story of your life.

The replay of old thoughts and feelings stop us from being present.

It is easy to replicate the past. A mind detox can free us from being triggered. We can train our brain to become more alert and slow down the thought process. We can see our thought clearly. We can notice the thought and we can see it coming.

We don't need to be confined by our life history. We can learn to think differently.

And therapy can help us do this.
